MAIL ORDER

* We supply products in NZ by mail order only when we do not have a stockist in your area.

* We supply products internationally by mail order if we do not have a distributor in your country.

If you are eligible for mail order:

In NZ: You can order a FlowMo Bodypack, Pacer Tent, Pacerpoles or Montane garments directly from Aarn Design. For NZ orders the prices include GST. We accept payment via direct transfer to our account. Postage and packing is generally $10.

Outside NZ: You can purchase FlowMo Bodypacks and Pacer Tents directly from us. The purchase prices are the retail prices listed under Products less GST (12.5%).

We accept payment by PayPal for international orders. Please note that the customer is responsible for all PayPal fees. We do not accept payment by credit cards. You will need to determine the torso length and model you need and contact us to find out the shipping cost. For the current exchange rate see www.oanda.com

FREE TESTER PROGRAM IN NZ

You can try before you buy in NZ with our free tester program. Let us know what model and size you require and the dates of the trip. We ask you to fill out a questionaire on your experience with the pack and return it promptly to us in a clean dry condition after the trip. Your feedback helps improve the products.

 

AARNBASSADOR CLUB PROGRAM IN NZ

In keeping with the “grassroots” flavour of our business, we would like to introduce our Aarnbassador Club Program to your club. It is designed to help spread the benefits of our FlowMo Bodypacks to more users, to benefit the club member who acts as the Aarnbassador in organising a sale, and to help the club. If there are no stockists in your area and if you belong to a local tramping club , you can act as an Aarnbassador for your club. If you interest other club members in our products, collect payment and place the order with us, then:

  *The purchasing member will get a 15% discount on the purchase price;
  *The Aarnbassador will get a 10% commission or equivalent credit towards their next purchase from us;
  *The club will get a 5% donation from us.

If you have a stockist in your area, they often offer discounts to members of local tramping and climbing clubs.

If you buy a product by mail order from us, and you interest someone else in your country to make a purchase direct from us, then:

   *We will give you a 20% discount on your next purchase from us.
